AmeriMac AMC SMS Message Flow for Registered Appraisers

Program / product description

When working with the ValueLink platform, registered AmeriMac appraisers can elect to send and recieve communications regarding appraisal orders assigned to them using text/SMS messages.

Telephone number(s) from which messaging will originate

Messages will originate from phone number 1-614-945-4466

Identity of the organization or individual being represented in the initial message

The identity of the organization being represented in the initial message will be indicated as “AmeriMac AMC”

Opt-in

Appraisers may opt-in (or not) to send and receive text messages in two ways:

  • For new registrations, during the registration process as a new appraiser, by providing the mobile number to be used for sending and receiving SMS messages.
  • For existing registrations, by adding the mobile number to be used to the existing profile.

Associated fees or charges

There are no additional fees or charges from Amerimac/ValueLink to utilize SMS messaging. Standard messaging fees could apply, depending on an individual appraiser’s carrier / plan.

Other Terms and Conditions

  • Opt Out. Appraisers may, at any time, opt out by any of the following:
    • Responding STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT via SMS
    • Removing the mobile phone used for SMS in the appraiser profile
    • Contacting AmeriMac Customer care via phone or email
