As a Customer Service Representative, Austin answers phones, assists lenders and appraisers with questions, and ensures reports are in on time. He focuses on cooperation internally and externally as well as constant communication to ensure customer satisfaction. He enjoys being able to help people get appraisals for their new homes, as well as the coworkers and tight-knit group that he gets to work with on every order. He also enjoys the work-life balance and independence in his job that AmeriMac provides. Austin holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The Ohio State University.
