Brian Gluntz

As Chief Appraiser, Brian reviews appraisals, mentors appraisers, and communicates between lenders and appraisers. He enjoys the everyday conversations he has with lenders, appraisers, and employees regarding appraisal techniques and guidelines. Working at AmeriMac Appraisal Management, Brian enjoys that the staff are all hardworking and great people, and that the camaraderie in the office makes coming to work a pleasure. Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from The Ohio State University.

When not working, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys traveling, skiing, hiking, water skiing, theater, and live music. Someday he hopes to travel to Australia or Hawaii.
