Chris Roteff

Starting his career as a licensed real estate appraiser, Chris founded his own appraisal company, Taylor Appraisal, in 1999, which evolved and grew into AmeriMac. With over 22 years of experience in the appraisal industry, his biggest goal in helping his base of lenders and appraisers is providing outstanding customer service. Chris also initiates proactive problem solving to support his clients and vendors in their day-to-day needs.

Chris’s favorite part of his job is the “office environment and the people I work with.” He attended college at The Ohio State University and received his certification as a real estate appraiser from Hondros College.

During his free time, Chris enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with his family. In 1993, he once played basketball against the starting five of the Portland Trailblazers.
