Zac Swartz

As Operations Manager at AmeriMac Appraisal Management, Zac manages daily operations with the ultimate goal of simplifying the entire appraisal process. Zac’s favorite part of his job is building genuine relationships with both appraisers and lenders. Along with making the appraisal process easier for everyone involved, Zac praises consistency as a driving goal he’s mindful of each day;

Zac has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Denison University and 19 years mortgage experience. One of Zac’s many talents includes quickly remembering and recalling numbers, including many AmeriMac clients’ phone numbers.

When he’s not working, Zac enjoys spending time with his wife and five children and doing projects around the house. He’s also an avid seafood lover and an enthusiastic spectator of football.
